She is an expert trainer for Communication Skills, Personal Care, Grooming, Professional Presentation, Leadership, Team development and Customer Care Strategies in FMCG sector. She has been a professional trainerto the sales force of India’s top FMCG companies in the areas of ‘Merchandising’, ‘Client Handling’.

Being an Entrepreneur herself, she is well aware of the importance of an appropriate image which not only helps her in creating confidence but also promotes a sense of well-being. Being a people’s person, she helps her clients and staff with the proper external appearance but also privy to their needs, wants, aspiration, joys and sorrows.

She has hands-on experience for new product launch and is well aware with the current marketing strategies and environment. She has been a Marketing Strategists (FMCG-Retail) and a Trainer for the brands like Loreal, Mayballine, Lancome, Cadburys, Archies, Garnier etc. Her experience with these brands includes extensive planning and project management, retailing and supply chain issues.

She leads a well-qualified and motivated team of 20 members and provides marketing leadership and retail solutions for different markets and consumer segments.
