He has been an entrepreneur in the business of Logistics and Supply Chain Management, for over 20 years. He has been handling strategic positions at top management level in many companies in many multinational companies in India and overseas.

Over two decades in International and Domestic cargo Logistics in India have intimate and comprehensive familiarity with cargo business in all major ports and geographical zones in India. Anand Kurian (Brand Management, Marketing Communication and Advertising)
Anand Kurian is an alumnus of Bombay Scottish School, St. Xavier College, Elphinstone College, and Government Law College, some of India’s most institutions. He is a Marketing communication practitioner, theorist and a trainer. He has served Industry for more than 25 years. He has been profiled in ‘Marketing People’ (Barnes & Nobel, USA), a book about thirty marketing people from around the world. Noted intellectuals and corporate heads such as Narayana Murthy (of Infosys), R. Gopalakrishnan (Executive Director, Tata Sons) Prof. Abraham Koshy (IIM-A), Prof. Zha and Prof. Moorti (IIM-B) are collaborating with him to demonstrate how Prof. Anand Kurian’s concepts find applications in their specialized domains; This body of research is currently under process. He is trained in film production at Griner, Cuesta & Schrom, New York.

Anand produces commercials for several multinationals; Coca Cola, Lays, P & G and Unilever. Kishor Kalyan Mushrif (Finance, Banking Operations, Training and Development)
Kishor Kalyan Mushrif is an alumnus of St. Xavier’s College, Mumbai. He did his Masters in Management Studies form Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies, specialization in Human Resource Management in 1973. As of now, He has 39 years of experience in Banking Operations and Training. He has been in Training and Development for more than 15 years with Standard Chartered Bank, India, in Mumbai in the area of Manpower Development and Training, Trade Finance and Risk Identification, Banking Operations, Foreign Exchange and NRE Accounts. He has been a member of Team of Trainers in Corporate Banking with DUAL reporting line, one to the Head of Corporate Banking in India and another to Head of Corporate Banking HR in Singapore.

During his stay with Standard Chartered Bank, he participated for three weeks in a workshop on Documentary Credits for Software Developers, organized by a Swiss bank in Zurich. He also conducted training in Trade Finance in Philippines and Singapore for the Bank and participated in a few meets of International Trainers of the bank in Singapore.

In Standard Chartered Bank, he introduced Trade Finance Assessments in India. This was acknowledged at the Group Level in Singapore. He also pioneered Email based learning support and ran it for more than one and a half years. He retired voluntarily from SCB on 31st March 1999.

After retirement he worked on developing content in banking operations, foreign exchange, trade finance, and documentary credits etc. and also conducted training programs for banks. He also worked as Domain Specialist for a Software Development Company specializing in banking software.

He also worked as Head of Training for Indus Bank Limited, in Mumbai. He was responsible for co-ordination and conduct of various training programs and used to have at least two programs of six days each every month.

In Indus Bank he introduced E Learning across the bank. He was responsible for identification of the vendor and also for editing and contributing to the content that went into the E Learning Modules. He created a Test Bench covering all the seven modules, which comprised the eLeaning Site.

He worked with Gurukul Online Learning Solutions Pvt. Limited in Mumbai and developed “www.bankingvarsity.com” which presently contains more than 15 courses in commercial banking of which about 10 have been developed by him.

He worked with Dun and Bradstreet in its Financial Education Solutions division as a Faculty Associate in Banking.

He has also beena Professor of Banking in Top Business Schools of India and is now Program Head [Banking] with BSE Institute.

As a ‘BANKING TRAINER’ his areas of expertise in training for banking are ‘Trade Finance Operations and Risk Management, Foreign Exchange and NRI Banking, Introduction to Banking Operations, Negotiable Instruments in Operations, Documentary Credits, Workshop on Collections and Bank Guarantees, Exchange Control in International Trade, International Standby Practices.

He has developed excellent and vast question bank in above areas of banking as well as in other areas such as Standby Letters of Credit, RTGS and Other payment systems, Banking Services, Bankers’ Responsibilities and Rights etc.

He joined Indian Overseas Bank as a Probationary Officer and worked for 19 years in various supervisory roles in branch operations. He specialized in Retail Banking, Trade Finance and Foreign Exchange business of the bank. He had a few distinctions to his credit, such as being recognized for excellence in customer service and helping in turnaround of a 100% EOU, who was a borrower customer of his bank.

Apart from benefit of experience of banking operations on a very wide scale, He also had benefit of attending a number of training programs in banking, conducted by the bank internally. 

Ms. Dolly George (CSR Strategist, Policy making and compliance for academic start-up projects and organisation, Finishing School Trainer)
Dolly George is an alumnus of Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi. She completed M. Phil in 1983 from JNU. Before that she finished her post graduation in Arts from Punjab University, Chandigarh (May 1979). She is a professional mentor, trainer in the area of Business Ethics & CSR.

She has worked as Admissions Counsellor and Student Advisor with the Indian School of Business and Finance (ISBF), New Delhi. The ISBF is an undergraduate institute offering an 'External Programme’ in Economics (University of London), managed and quality controlled by the London School of Economics (LSE). She served as Managing Director of a Private Limited company where her key responsibilities included re-structuring management, re-aligning of priorities and building a new business model aimed at achieving a financial turn-around.

She was a Teacher and was holding administrative position at the Kodaikanal International School. She was also a Coordinator (Administrative Head) and Activities Co-ordinator, Middle School. She was a mentor for student teachers from St. Olaf, Minnesota. She worked as ‘Administrative head' of the Kodaikkanal Christian School, a residential school in the Matriculation & Higher Secondary streams. During 1983-1984 she was a Lecturer for post-graduate and undergraduate students at the Jamia Millia Islamia University, New Delhi.

Besides her experience in academics processes, she expanded her horizons and founded and managed an export-import logistics company during 1987-1995 that grew into a Private Limited Company. This expanded into a total logistics services company with all-India branch operations and overseas associations. During 1984-1986 Dolly was in charge of the Foreign Trade Policy desk of the PHD Chamber of Commerce and Industry, New Delhi.

Currently, Dr. Chanda is a Principal Consultant with an Australian consulting organisation based in Adelaide, Australia. In the recent past, he served as a Director with an Australian higher education organisation. Earlier, He was the Group - CEO of the AMR Group based in Hyderabad and Brisbane, which is a large mining, infrastructure, construction organization where he has provided leadership to all business divisions, group companies, defined growth strategies and built robust business processes. In his earlier assignments, Dr. Chanda was Chief of Strategy and Shared Services for Gati Limited, a major logistics organization, Senior VP with Reliance Energy and General Manager with Gujarat Gas/British Gas.

Mr. Yogesh Saini, PGDM-IMT Ghaziabad, B.Tech (Dairy Technology) and M.Sc. Ms. Sujata Sinha (Creative Writing and Finishing School Training)
Sujata Sinha is an alumnus of London University with English Lit, Sociology & History. She has a vast experience in the area of Creative Writing and Finishing School Training. She has been a ‘National Resource’ at ICFAI, Hyderabad, supervising and mentoring various teams, responsible for soft skill training and course content development, pan India.
