Mr. Devbrat Ohri is a dynamic professional with more than 24 years of commitment towards defining culture and growth of people within organizations through developing, recommending and implementing Business, Operational and Human Resource strategies and policies in support of business objectives. As Consultant/ Top/ Senior Management, he has led several Regional and Global businesses to believe and follow change through integration and reengineering as a path to Organizational Excellence. He has successfully led startups, facilitated acquisitions and run and changed matured business across North America, Europe, Africa, India and Asia Pacific, contributing to near optimal level of performance and savings through delivered efficiencies. In his current role, he has been able to turn around a loss making BPO into a positive growth company within 6 months.

Currently he is working as VP HR, Paxys Global Services, Singapore; VP Business Optimization, Operations, HR and Integration, SRG Asia Pacific, Malaysia; Officiating as Country GM since Feb 2015 and a Operational Advisor to the Board.

Prior to that he has worked for eminent organizations like AEGIS People Support, Philippines as VP and Head HR; he was the Head Asia Pacific Shared Services Operations, Transformation and Integration, IBM Corporate; Head Global HR Shared Services Transformation and Operations , Americas, Europe and Africa IBM Corporate ; GM HR Shared Services Recruitment and Mobility Transformation and operations , Americas and Europe, IBM Corporate; Deputy GM and Head India Recruitment ,IBM India and AVP Operations and Business Leader , AEGIS (AOL) India. He has also served as Lt Col, Armoured Corps/ Special Forces, Indian Army and is a recipient of The President of India’s award for Distinguished Service.

Mr. Devbrat Ohri is a champion in strategizing and overseeing the management of change and the provision of business focus solutions in a fast changing environment; he genuinely believes that to excel in your role, you need high level of ownership, integrity and the ability to command trust and respect from all levels in any organization.
