Business Development and Strategic Planning
Mr. Abhishek Agrawal is a senior management professional who has been a Bachelor Of Science from the University Of Lucknow and has finished his formal education with M.B.A in Marketing from the International Institute For Special Education, Lucknow. As of now he is an insightful professional with over 17 years of delivering result driven performance, with business development and strategic planning as his major work areas, he is proficient in driving new business through key accounts and establishing strategic partnerships. Along with it he is an expert in the areas of, financial management, negotiations and finalization, channel development, key account management, HR and administration, team leadership and franchisee management.
Mr. Agarwal commenced his career as a Sr. Sales Executive with A.K.TRACTOR.
Thereafter, he worked with Amway India Enterprises as a Business Development Executive where he successfully conducted seminars & Product Training sessions with more than 15000 candidates.
During 2002-2004 he worked with ICICI Prudential Life Insurance as Agency Manager where he won RACE award for recruiting 45 Advisors in 5 months in the year 2002.
Subsequently he started to work with Aptech Limited-(ACE &ARENA) as Area Business Head where Mr. Agrawal played a pivotal role in their business development, achieving sales target arranging product training sessions, delivery assurance, promotions and seminars, he appointed seven new business centres in 2007 and conducted a seminar “Perspective” with more than 3000 students.
During his tenure with Aptech Limited he was conferred with CEO excellence awards in 2006 and National Growth Award in 2007.
He also worked with Aptech Limited (N-Power) as regional head where he handled the product when the Brand-N power was launched & has played a key role to make the product a profitable brand of Aptech Ltd. by expanding the flanks all across West & North.
Mr. Agrawal has also been associated with Balaji Telefilms Ltd. (ICE) as the Regional CEO for North India where he won the No.1 Regional Head award in 2010, 2011, 2012 & 2013 consecutively. He was the one who took various initiatives like implementing new selection process for the prospective candidates, introducing direct marketing activities to reduce the ‘ZERO’ visibility of the products, taking feedback of each student from corporate office and sharing the same with parents and Successfully contributed 56% in the National revenue
